If something works wrong in your application please attach Bug Report file to your ticket. It will help us 

to detect problem a lot quicker!


Report Bug you should send only AFTER reproducing problem you want to fix ( i.e. if you have problem with login - first try to login, get error and then send log, if you have problem with some platform - first reproduce error/problem and then send log etc...)


Click Report Bug button




Then Download log



Then specify some name and location for downloaded file. click save.



then attach downloaded file to your support ticket.


You can also send report from login screen of application ( in case of login problems or http errors ). 




Click "See for a bug report?" link. Then do the same steps as for standard bug error - save it to any file.

Don't forget to attach downloaded bug report to your ticket!
